Meet Rucha, Registered Psychotherapist in Barrie
I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, not just for your struggles, but for your strength.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist and the founder of Liberated Mind Therapy. I specialize in working with individuals and couples affected by childhood trauma, betrayal, infidelity, anxiety, depression, anger management, and relationship wounds.
I am known for my compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental demeanor. These qualities that help create a safe and affirming space for healing.

My Approach
I blend compassionate presence with deep insight. My work is grounded in:
-
Attachment theory and how early experiences shape adult relationships
-
Nervous system regulation to help you feel safe in your body again
-
Inner child work, boundary work, and somatic awareness
This isn’t about "fixing" you. It’s about coming home to yourself with gentleness, clarity, and support.

Why I Do This Work
I’ve seen how trauma, especially relational trauma, can shape our lives in quiet but powerful ways. I also know that with the right support, those same wounds can become sources of strength and wisdom.
If you’re ready to understand why you think, feel, and react the way you do and how to shift those patterns, I’d be honoured to work with you.
