Meet Rucha!
Rucha specializes in individual and couples therapy. She creates a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and concerns through her compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental demeanor. She is especially known for her skills in childhood trauma and infidelity.
With over a decade of experience, Rucha adeptly guides her clients through their presenting issues, whether they involve infidelity, trauma, communication challenges, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, or grief. Her primary aim is to deeply understand and empathize with her clients while offering evidence-based strategies customized to their needs. She integrates a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy, all grounded in trauma-informed care.
