My Approach
Empowering Minds, Easing Hearts
I’m a trauma-informed therapist and the founder of Liberated Mind Therapy. I support individuals and couples navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, infidelity, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and relationship patterns that feel difficult to break. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to understand why they keep repeating certain dynamics and how to feel more grounded and secure in themselves and their relationships.

I help you make sense of what feels overwhelming by exploring your patterns, your nervous system, and the parts of you that have been coping on their own for a long time. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.

Clients often share that they feel comfortable with me because I am attentive, genuine, and calm. You do not need the perfect words or a polished story when you come in. I offer space that is professional, respectful, and centered around your pace and needs.

My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, somatic practices, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, self-compassion, and boundary support. I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and maintain ongoing professional development in trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation.

Why I Do What I Do?
For as long as I can remember, I have been pulled towards understanding how people feel, think, and make sense of their experiences. Becoming a therapist felt less like a career choice and more like something I was meant to grow into. Being part of someone’s process of understanding themselves is something I find deeply meaningful.
